This past month Tricia Turpenoff Portrait Gallery hosted a Sushi Party catered by Sushi By Night. Tricia took commercial photos of the sushi plates and event pictures for Sushi By Night. It was very successful! We would like to thank Sushi By Night and all our friends that joined us!

Who is Sushi By Night?
SushiByNight is Colorado’s premier sushi catering service where “We Bring the Sushi Bar to You.” Whether it’s one of their sushi parties, training classes, or catered events their chefs are sure to entertain you and your guests with flavorful works of art from the sea. They maintain their excellent quality through hand-selecting Top Shelf ingredients specific for your event. 

SushiByNight grew out of a passion for enjoying high quality sushi. Over the last 15 years Chef Te explored many positions in the Japanese restaraunt industry and found the service behind the sushi bar to be most appealing and rewarding. Chef Te initially introduced SBN in 1999 as small private sushi gatherings but quickly grew into large scale events. Hosting various happy hours and watching parties, created made-to-order sushi in market-style venues, served samplers at frequent fundraisers, sponsored youth and community events, and hosted training and tasting events over the years. We are pleased to relocate to the Denver area offering our high quality sushi experience at competitive rates.

What they do?

The Sushi Bar - We Bring the Sushi Bar to You! Enjoy a traditional multi-course meal including sushi chef, server, and serving china in the private venue of your choosing. Guests will enjoy courses of appetizers, sashimi, nigiri, various maki, temaki and chef specials. We offer unique custom packages starting at $50 per person and no one will leave hungry. There is an eight person minimum for this event. Tempura or Yakitori may be added for additional fee.

The Self-Service Sushi Bar - Imagine a sushi station at a wedding reception and you'll have an idea how this event serves up. Available for Weddings, Private Parties, Promotional Events and more... The Self-Service Sushi Bar is elegantly arranged by our on-site staff providing your guests with a succulent sushi array including the necessary accompaniments; soy, wasabi, ginger, chopsticks. Choose a-la-carte from our menu or let us help you customize the perfect menu. This event begins at $250 per hour with a 2 hour minimum and includes 1 chef. Feel free to contact us with any questions so we may help you get the most out of your event.

Sushi Rolling Class - Learn to roll your own in this specialized class where we discuss history and etiquette. Each guest will learn, "Hands-On", how to create several styles of sushi such as traditional maki, big rolls, hand rolls known as temaki and/or hand-pressed sushi known as nigiri. Participants will enjoy around 30 pieces of their own creation and go home with a goody bag filled with toys and secrets of preparing sushi at home. Available as a stand-alone class or combined with The Sushi Bar at no extra charge. The basic menu for this class starts at $30 a person and there is 10 person minimum.

Gourmet Delivery - Provide us with 48 hours advance notice and we'll deliver Gourmet Sushi to your event. Customize your menu or choose from pre-selected party trays. Delivery comes with all condiments and utensils necessary for your enchanted meal. There is a $100 minimum and 48 hour advance notice for Gourmet Delivery.
